About The Hollywood Lot
The Hollywood Lot is a connected film ecosystem — one place where filmmakers, audiences, financing, production, distribution and entertainment come together.

Most films are made in pieces: written in one place, financed in another, produced somewhere else and shown to audiences who never see how any of it happened. The Hollywood Lot brings those pieces onto one lot.
Filmmakers bring their projects through the Filmmakers Office. Selected films can be followed on the Film Market from development through financing, production and release. Audiences meet the people behind the films in the Green Room, attend premieres at the Grand Theatre and explore the history of the medium in the Archive.
The Hollywood Lot is operated by The Biograph Company Inc., a California company owned by Hollywood North Films. Hollywood North Films, as parent company and production and financing partner, may participate in the development, financing and production of selected projects, subject to separate written agreements.
Our ambition reaches beyond the screen. Alongside the digital Lot, we intend to develop a major physical production studio ecosystem — Hollywood North Studios — where the films that begin here can be made. Hollywood North Studios is planned and in development; it is not yet built or operating.
Everything on the Lot is shown as it actually stands. Projects are labelled by their real stage, and nothing on the site is an offer of investment.
