The Hollywood Lot is operated by The Biograph Company, a United States company owned by Hollywood North Films.

The Biograph Company serves as the primary contracting entity for filmmaker submissions, project evaluation and related agreements.

Hollywood North Films, as parent company and production and financing partner, may participate in the development, financing and production of selected projects, subject to separate written agreements.

Submission of a project does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying material, and does not guarantee financing, development, production or distribution.
